I cannot offer refunds on artwork purchased through my shop, but if damages occur in transport I am more than willing to replace the piece with a similar work, or you may choose a new one of equal value. If you have second thoughts on an artwork you have purchased, exchanges can be arranged. I treat each of these instances on a case by case basis, so please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss it. Shipping in this case will still be paid for by the customer.

I want to keep my shipping prices low and reasonable, so all items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which arrives in about 3-5 business days domestic. This service DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. Expedited shipping and tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation are available upon request, the buyer will pay for the additional fees. 1-5 dolls = $4.00 for shipping and handling 5-10+ dolls= $7.00 for shipping and handling I do not accept international orders. Less than five dolls currently ships out within 7 business days upon ordering and will arrive according to the time frames listed above. 5-10 dolls ships out within 14 business days.
